Besides, we accept payment of T/T in advance by our HSBC account.

All orders are shipped via EMS, FEDEX, DHL,UPS and Special Railway Line within 48 hours after the payment. We have entered cooperative agreements with all these express delivery companies, so you can enjoy the most preferential shipping fee offered on our website. For one thing, international shipping rates do not include import taxes, customs duties or fees.
Every package we send has a delivery confirmation number. This is our proof of delivery. If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will send your order once again at no cost to you. (If the carrier has proof of delivery, yet you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier using the delivery confirmation number we will provide for you).
All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Huatai Silk Store has no control over customs duties, import fees, and cannot predict their cost.
