Payment Methods

We accept PayPal, Western Union and Bank Transfer (T/T). We suggest Paypal as the first choice.

PayPal is a global e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. It is the faster, safer way to send money, make an online payment, receive money or set up a merchant account. It has currently been used for the transaction among 24 kinds of foreign currencies.

WESTEN UNION allows remitting and withdrawal in its agents scattering in most countries. If you are not clear about it, you can log on its website: www.westernunion.com or you can contact its customer service department in USA directly.

Besides, we accept payment of T/T in advance by our HSBC account.

So far, Credit Card payment is not available on www.huataisilkstore.net.

International Shipment

All orders are shipped via EMS, FEDEX, DHL,UPS and Special Railway Line within 48 hours after the payment. We have entered cooperative agreements with all these express delivery companies, so you can enjoy the most preferential shipping fee offered on our website. For one thing, international shipping rates do not include import taxes, customs duties or fees. 

Every package we send has a delivery confirmation number. This is our proof of delivery. If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will send your order once again at no cost to you. (If the carrier has proof of delivery, yet you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier using the delivery confirmation number we will provide for you).

All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Huatai Silk Store has no control over customs duties, import fees, and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. At times, custom policies may also delay the delivery of your package.

Conditions:

1. You must allow enough time for the carrier to deliver your package. EMS (5-15 days), Fedex (3-7 days), DHL (3-7 days), UPS (3-7 days), Special Railway Line (5-15 days) to deliver your package. Please wait the required amount of time before notifying us of an undelivered package.

2. You must notify us by email: info@huataisilkstore.com if your package has not arrived, or if you received damaged merchandise.
